SPECIAL REPORT
Secret
#1:
You MUST Eat More, but You CAN’T Eat Enough!
Your
body can manufacture every drug it needs to heal any disease?
It’s true! However,
your body can do this only if you eat enough of the right foods.
Why?
… Foods contain vital
nutrients your body can’t produce, but must have, to perform all the
processes required to function and create the chemicals your body needs
to fight disease. These
vital nutrients include basic elements (i.e., minerals) and unique
compounds your body can’t produce.
Because these compounds are essential for life, they are called
“Vitamins” (Vita meaning “life” and min being
short for “minerals”).
Since
your body can’t produce vitamins or minerals, you must get them
from your diet. Vitamins and
minerals are required to move nutrition in and out of your cells, to
catalyze chemical reactions in your body, and maintain the processes
that build and maintain strong bones, muscles, and organs.
The absolute best way to get the vitamins and minerals your
body needs is by eating a variety of quality foods.
The
problem is most packaged, cooked, or stored foods lose most of their
vitamin content by the time you eat them.
But even if you could eat the freshest, tastiest, uncontaminated
foods possible all the time, you would be as big as a house if you ate
enough to get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
Thus, we have a multi-billion dollar vitamin industry pushing
vitamin and mineral supplements.
Unfortunately,
most supplements are man-made from chemicals which aren’t absorbed as
well as natural foods. In
fact, greater than 50% of man-made vitamins and minerals consumed by
Americans have been proven to be excreted in the urine instead of
absorbed in your body. Worse yet, some man-made vitamins and minerals
are absorbed too much! Did
you know if you consume too much of certain vitamins, it can be toxic or
even lethal! The best way the benefits of your vitamin and
mineral supplements is to buy a high-quality liquid supplement. My
personal favorite is “Advanced Liquid Nutrient” by Veriuni; it’s
98% absorbable, and it provides 100% of the recommended daily allowances
(
RDA
)
for all the vitamins plus a plethora of Superfood
herbs and amino acids. You
can read all about it (and order if you like) at this link: Veriuni
- Advanced Liquid Nutrient. It also has a tasty peach flavor.

:
NEVER TAKE More Than 1 Multi-Vitamin Pill per Day …
until you read our FREE Report http://www.LifestylePublishing.com/vitamins/benefits.htm
on the benefits, precautions, and dosage recommendations for vitamins
and minerals. For example,
did you know consuming over 100 mcg of Vitamin K per day is lethal?
There’s a reason they tell you to only take “one a day”!
To
make a discomforting reality even scarier … the news show, 60
Minutes, did a special on the food supplement industry (i.e., the
vitamin and minerals supplements), and found that most of the products
out there were inconsistent and not even close to what the label said
was in the products. You
might think you’re getting 2500 IU of Vitamin A when in reality
you’re getting only half what the label said, or you could be getting
twice what the label said. Think
about that … MOST of the products investigated were
inconsistent with the labels.
On
the other hand, there are only about 3 major manufacturers that supply
about 90% of the distributors out there.
So, what you buy for $10 per bottle at one company or for $25 per
bottle at another was likely the same product made by the same
manufacturer. So, you ask
yourself, “How can this possibly be?”
Doesn’t the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulate and
monitor this stuff? Well,
actually no they don’t. See vitamin and mineral supplements are
considered “food supplements” by the FDA.
Thus, they don’t put them through the rigorous testing and
monitoring required for medicines.
However,
there is one company that not only makes high-quality vitamin and
mineral supplements, they actually use a patented process that maximizes
your body’s absorption of these essential substances. You can
learn more about them, get them at wholesale prices, and even get them
tax-deductible if you want from http://www.LifestylePublishing.com/BIZ/index.htm.
So,
what do you do? Eat nothing
but natural foods until you weigh 300 lbs and can’t get off the couch?
Become a health nut and figure out all the supplements you can
safely absorb, take various pills all day … everyday … and keep a
chart on your refrigerator of which foods you should cook and which you
should eat raw? Of course,
you could do nothing; Just
keep eating like most Americans … Become fat, lazy, unproductive,
plagued with aches and pains, and then suffer or die in your 50’s,
60’s, or 70’s from heart disease, arthritis, or Alzheimer’s.
Is this your future?
Do
you normally wake up tired and stiff?
Do you have insomnia, wake up frequently during the night to
urinate, or feel tired all the time?
Have you noticed it takes longer to heal wounds or recover from
illnesses than it used to?
Do you find yourself sluggish, tired, or unmotivated during the
day? All these could be
symptoms of insufficient nutrition or inadequate absorption of vitamins
and minerals. Do you want
to spend the rest of your life this way?
You
can eat all the vitamins you need by eating lots of food, and then spend
your life fat and lazy, at home on the couch, and let the other guys and
girls play volleyball at the beach.
Or, … you can eat like most Americans, live with constant
stress, aches and pains, and low energy, and then die early from a heart
attack or a stroke. Or, you
can a quality vitamin & mineral supplement which provides everything
your body needs to build strong muscles, healthy organs, fight disease,
and exude energy. I
started taking the Vitamins and Minerals supplements mentioned above a
few weeks ago, and I was amazed how much more energy I had at the
fitness center the same day I started.
I was able to work out faster and longer and still had more
energy when I was done an hour later.
DID YOU KNOW …
10 Minutes Per Day Can Help Prevent Osteoporosis
& Cancer
When you spend 10 minutes per day in
the sun during the summer (or expose your face to the sun for 2
hours in the winter), your body actually creates Vitamin D!
Vitamin D is the only vitamin your body can
produce itself … but only when exposed to the sun.
If you get enough sun, you can increase your absorption
and retention of calcium to maintain strong bones, reduce onset
of osteoporosis, and generate monocyte white blood cells to
fight disease. Vitamin
D has even been proven to reduce incidence of many types of
cancer.
Worried about sunburn? Get
your sunshine through a glass window, which blocks UV light, and
you get all the same benefits and greatly reduce the likelihood
of getting sunburn!

But Supplements Are NOT Enough!
Sure.
All by themselves they will make you feel better, look better,
live years longer, reduce colds & flu, increase your energy, reduce
fat, and boost muscle & bone mass.
Buy why stop there?
******************************************************************************************
So,
now you know Secret #1, but there are 2 more amazing secrets to go.
Secrets that will transform your life! 3 simple secrets that will
make you feel better, look better, think better, and actually be better.
If you begin this 3-step process today, you will lose fat, gain muscle,
think more clearly, work faster and more efficiently, have more time for
fun, family, and leisure, prevent or delay the onset of the most common
killer diseases of our time! So, let's move on to secret #2 ....
Secret
#2:
The Fountain of Youth Has Finally Been Discovered!
And you’re going
to be amazed at what’s flowing through it!
Remember earlier in this report, we said your body
can produce any drug it needs to “heal itself”?
Well, it’s your body that heals your illnesses and repairs your
injuries. Antibodies (i.e.,
white blood cells) attack & kill infectious germs; your liver
removes poisonous toxins from your body, and your cells bond and
reproduce to mend broken bones and torn tissues.
And of course, proper vitamin and mineral doses and absorption
are required for these healing processes as well as prevention.
But millions of Americans take vitamin and mineral supplements
everyday, and yet they still get killer diseases in astonishing numbers.
Clearly, vitamins and minerals are not enough!
Your Doctor, and actually the entire medical
community, only treats the symptoms …He doesn’t “cure” the
problem. That’s why we
can’t “cure” high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, arthritis,
Alzheimer’s, cancer, or allergies.
Sure, your Doctor can poison cancer victims with chemo-therapy
until all the cancerous cells die … unless it kills the patient first.
He can perform surgery to scraped out blocked arteries.
He can give you cortisone injections to temporarily reduce the
pain of arthritis. And he
can even prescribe drugs to prolong the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.
But these aren’t “cures”.
They only relieve or reduce the symptoms.
BUT … NOW THERE
IS A
CURE
!
And you’re going to be amazed how truly simple
it is. There is a cure for
all these Killers Diseases!
Are you ready?
Here it is: drink at
least 8 glasses of water per day.
That’s 64 ounces of regular water per day …
everyday. Not those
expensive bottled waters … just everyday tap water right out of your
faucet at home. Don’t
believe us? Too simple?
We’ll prove it. This
discovery is the result of a lifetime of practicing medicine by Dr.
Batmanghelidj. Dr.
Batmanghelidj published his results in a book called, "Your
Body’s Many Cries for Water".
Check it out at your local library;
you’ll be amazed.
Dr. Batmanghelidj has proven his theories about
water on literally thousands of patients most of whom already had these
killer diseases in advanced stages.
In nearly all cases, the disease was completely eliminated or
significantly reduced. In
his revealing book, Dr. Batmanghelidj illustrates in detail how most of
these diseases are merely “symptoms” of dehydration.
He explains anatomically how each disease is caused by
dehydration and how re-hydration “cures” the disease.
But he doesn’t stop there.
Dr. Batmanghelidj also explains how our typical drinks are NO
SUBSTITUTE for water. In
fact, if you drink tea, coffee, soda, and especially alcohol, 8 glasses
of water daily is not enough. Here’s
a list of the diseases Dr. Batmanghelidj has successfully treated with
his discovery:
-
Dispeptic pain (incl. Gastritis,
duodenitis, heartburn)
-
Peptic ulcers
-
Colitis pain
-
Constipation
-
False appendicitis pain
-
Hiatus Hernia
-
Rheumatoid Arthritis pain
-
Alzheimer’s disease
-
Low back pain (esp. sciatica)
-
Neck pain
-
Anginal pain
-
Headaches
-
Stress & depression
-
High blood pressure
-
High blood cholesterol
-
Excess body weight
-
Osteoporosis
-
Asthma
-
Allergies
-
Insulin-independent diabetes
-
Insulin-dependent diabetes
Want to live happily, healthfully, and vigorously
to your natural lifespan of 120 years?
Then check out Dr. Batmanghelidj’s book and start drinking your
8 glasses of water per day. Now, you know you need to eat right, get
your vitamins and minerals, and drink lots of water to reverse the
effects of aging, eradicate diseases, and live over 100 years, but why
would you want to live that way if you’re going to be fat and inactive
with no energy or zest for life?
Right! You
wouldn’t! I wouldn’t
either. That’s why Secret #3 is the final crucial ingredient for
life!
How I Lost 20
Pounds Eating at McDonalds and Eating Ice Cream Every Night!
No Kidding!
Secret #3 dropped my weight from 199 pounds to 179
pounds in less than three months. In
fact, I dropped five pounds in the first week when I only half trying
this new guideline for eating! I
lost fat, gained muscle mass and strength, felt better, and I never
counted calories, fat grams, carbohydrate grams, bought special diet
foods, or followed a prescribed meal plan.
Best of all, I ate more than I used to and never felt stuffed or
hungry.
Oh, … did I mention I had a tasty bowl of ice
cream almost every night (not ice milk, sorbet, frozen yogurt, or any of
those other less-than-satisfying substitutes).
My favorites are "tin roof" ice cream and hot fudge
sundaes.
All I had to do was make a small, but very
significant, lifestyle change. And
I’m telling you, this change was a welcome change.
Maybe you’ve heard before, “No one changes until the pain
staying the same exceeds the pain of change.”
The changes for secret #3 are all pleasure; there was no pain
at all.
So, what can this plan do for you?
Actually, this is more of a guideline than a plan.
I don’t like memorizing or constantly looking things up.
I prefer to learn basic principles and then derive the specifics
as I need them. So, secret
#3 is one simple rule that guarantees you will not have to read the
labels or carry around a calorie book to lose weight and improve your
health.
Now, back to what this single rule will do for you
... As I already mentioned,
you WILL lose weight; you
will lose fat, but you will not lose muscle mass as long as you maintain
your current level of exercise (regardless of how much or how little
that may be). You will
look better, feel better, have more energy, increase your self esteem,
and if you exercise regularly, you will increase muscle mass and
definition. Your
strength and endurance will also improve.
I used to struggle to do 50 pushups non-stop.
After two weeks using secret #3, I could bang out 60 pushups like
nothing; I practically
bounced off the floor when pushing up.
Now I’m up to 80 pushups non-stop.
If you have high blood pressure, it will drop.
Your cholesterol level will also drop.
If you suffer from reflux, apnea, or fluid retention, these will
also be reduced or eliminated altogether.
My blood pressure went from 122 over 80 to 109 over 68.
A friend of mine used to have heartburn and apnea due to reflux
if he ate dinner after
6:30 pm
. Now, he can eat anytime,
and he suffers no reflux at all.
Okay, so there’s all these benefits and it’s
easy to do, but I’m really just kidding about eating at McDonalds
right?
No Way
!
See my job used to keep me out of town two to three
weeks per month, and when I was in town, I had to drive over 60 miles
each way to a nearby town for work two or three days per week.
With a two hour drive each way, I routinely put in 12 to 14 hour
days most of the time. As
you can imagine, I eat out a Lot! I
don’t have time to prepare special meals or even pack a lunch.
So, for cost, expedience, and now health reasons, I eat at Burger
King, Wendy’s, or McDonalds almost everyday.
This is the only diet I’ve ever seen that is easy, convenient,
and practical for people who travel a lot.
You can follow the simple guidelines whether you are on a plane,
eating fast food, eating at home, going to fine restaurants, packing
your lunch, pressed for time, on a tight budget, or living by yourself
in the wilderness, and you don’t have to carry a calorie book!
NOTE: Please don't construe this article as a
recommendation to eat at fast food restaurants; I'm just pointing out
that you can lose weight even if you eat at fast food restautants.
How To Lose Weight and Improve
Your Health in 2 Easy Steps!
In a nutshell, secret #3 says … "Cut Back on
Carbohydrates and Eat More Protein!"
There it is, nice and simple.
But what does it mean?
Secret #3 means you should eat little or no bread,
cereals, potatoes, sugar or anything in the category of sugars and
starches (which are really the same thing as I’ll explain later).
We’ll tell you the secrets of why this simple rule works and is
actually good for you in a just a minute.
Instead of carbohydrates, eat more protein-based foods (such as
meats, nuts, and eggs), low-carbohydrate vegetables, and high-fiber
fruits. Some popular diets
out there actually recommend eating more fats; I personally disagree
with this recommendation. Consuming
fats won’t hurt your weight-loss performance, but they also provide no
significant nutritional value (other than aiding the absorption of
certain vitamins) and excessive fat consumption may have long-term ill
effects on your health.
I recommend you strive for lean, low-fat cuts of
meat instead. In other
words, choose consistently colored cuts of meat (such as T-bone steak,
filet mignon, and 90 to 95% lean hamburger) instead of highly-marbled
meats (such as rib-eye steak and regular 70 to 80% lean hamburger).
For the first four weeks, don’t eat any bread,
pastries, cake, candy, sugar drinks (such as regular soft drinks, fruit
juice, punch, and sweetened ice tea), high-carbohydrate vegetables (such
as corn and pasty vegetables like beans;
… green beans are okay), citrus fruit, jellies, jams,
preserves, yogurt, or low-fat variety salad dressings.
In other words, avoid all that high-carbohydrate, low-fat stuff
you’ve been told you should eat over the last 20 years.
So, what CAN you eat?
You can eat about as much meat, fish, and poultry as you want:
steak, hamburgers, bacon, sausage, chicken, turkey, fish (the
best choice of all), green beans, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower,
leafy green vegetables, strawberries, blueberries, any other berry-type
fruits, diet soft drinks, unsweetened tea (with sugar substitutes if you
wish), coffee (no real sugar), water, lettuce, onions, etc.
You can also eat the following in moderation
especially as snacks: all
types of nuts (Spanish peanuts have the lowest carbohydrates; walnuts
are the best for you and for losing weight), peanut butter (extra
crunchy is my personal favorite), carrots, regular salad dressing.
These foods have high protein and low carbohydrates, but they
also have a lot of calories. Hence,
you don’t want to go overboard with them. Other good sources of
protein include eggs, cheese, milk, butter, and tofu.
Unfortunately, these have more carbohydrates than pure meat,
fish, and poultry, so once again, don’t go overboard.
Now, protein foods generally have more vitamins and
minerals than typical carbohydrate diets, and if you throw in vegetables
as I am suggesting above, you will do even better.
However, to ensure you get all the vitamins and minerals you
need, make sure you get a high-qualify food supplement that includes
Potassium.
Also, make sure you drink lots of water, eat at
least one high-fiber fruit (e.g., apples [Gala apples with peanut butter
are my favorite]) and/or a colorful salad with lots of lettuce
every day. We’ll talk
about why in the next section.
So, you’re saying, “Yeah right!
How do you eat at McDonalds without eating bread, French fries,
and soft drinks?” It’s
easy! The most obvious
option is to eat the new salads they offer.
All three options are great and fit 100% within our guidelines;
just make sure you don’t order the diet, low-fat dressings;
they have lots more carbohydrates than the regular stuff that
tastes better. That’s
right, I said eat the one that tastes better!
Drink either water, diet sodas, coffee, or unsweetened tea (sugar
substitutes are okay). Incidentally, sodas are the worst of the four;
coffee has health benefits and tea (especially green tea) is loaded with
antioxidants. Just don't go overboard on the caffeine.
Don’t want a salad?
No problem! Order one
or two sandwiches – hamburgers, cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers,
chicken nuggets, chicken filet, Cajun chicken, grilled chicken or any
other sandwiches they offer. Obviously,
less breading on the meat is better, but if you love the crispy chicken
filet and hate the grilled chicken, then the crispy chicken filet is
fine. Whatever you order,
just ask for a knife and fork so you can take the burger or chicken and
fixings out of the bun and just eat the contents. Throw the bun away!
Whatever you do, don’t order the combination dinners – they will
cost you more since you don’t want the fries, and if the fries are on
your tray, you will eat them. It
takes a week or two to realize you really don’t like the fries anyway
and you’d prefer to be thin and healthy. If you don’t believe me
when I say you don’t like fries, try to eat one without salt, ketchup,
or anything else on it; they’re really boring.
The fries are only there to hold the flavorings, and it’s the
fries that are going to get you!
Now, let’s get rid of the bun. You’ll be amazed
at how much BETTER everything tastes!
If you want to save money at the same time, ask if they have any
specials. I can’t tell you
how many times I had two double-cheeseburgers and iced tea for $3.00 for
lunch. Better yet, follow
secret #2, and drink water (in a cup, not the bottled water);
then it only costs you $2.00.
You can even dip your burger or chicken in barbeque sauce or
ketchup if you want. Just
don’t go overboard on the barbeque sauce; it’s high in
carbohydrates. Now, if you
get a burger with cheese, it may be a little tough to get the bun off,
but do it anyway … it’s worth it!
If you go out for breakfast, the same rules apply.
Order a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit, bacon, egg, and
cheese biscuit, or whatever – just don’t eat the muffin, biscuit,
croissant, or hash browns, and ask for a knife and fork. Don’t even
think about ordering a cinnamon bun, French toast sticks, or Danish.
After the first week or two, you will have lost
five to 15 pounds depending on how much fat you have to lose.
I lost five pounds in the first week and three or four more in
the second week, and I wasn’t overly fat to begin with.
I weighed about 170 to 175 pounds from 8th grade through college.
Now, I’m down to 179 to 180 pounds, and I’m still there after
more than 3 years! After you
have dropped
five to ten
pounds or half of your desired loss, you can lighten up and eat half the
bun or muffin when you eat out. You
can even have a bowl of cereal in the morning if you wish.
I personally haven’t lightened up much;
I’ve found I actually like food better without the bread and
fries. If you do start
eating more carbohydrates again, you will fare better if you try to
avoid eating protein foods and high-carbohydrate foods in the same meal.
Also, keep you snacks in the low-carbohydrate category.
When you go out to eat at more upscale places
whether it’s a family style restaurant or fine dining, if the entrée
you want comes with fries or baked potato and bread, ask if you can
substitute vegetables or salad for the potato or fries.
Every place I’ve been was willing to substitute although a
couple of places charge a few cents more for substituting the salad.
Then, don’t eat the bread.
If you get roped into going out for pizza, just eat the topping
and the sauce; leave the
crust behind. It’s worth
it!
Why
These Secrets Will Work For You!
This simple lifestyle change will work for you
because of the way your body breaks down and processes food.
On a most basic level, your body breaks your food down into three
groups: sugars, amino acids,
and indigestibles. Sugars
are used for immediate energy, and amino acids are used to build cells
that comprise muscles, bones, and so forth.
Indigestibles such as cellulose (e.g., corn kernel hulls) and
dietary fiber simply pass through your digestive system unprocessed.
In fact, the value of fiber in your diet is the way they keep
everything moving on through cleaning the path as they go.
When you eat protein, your body breaks the protein down into
amino acids to build muscle, bones, and replace cells.
Carbohydrates include all forms of sugar of which
there are three: monosaccharides,
disaccharides, and polysaccharides.
The word, saccharides, simply translates to “sugar.”
Monosaccharides are the simple sugars such as glucose and sucrose.
Monosaccharides are not sweet tasting, but they are the fastest source
of energy you can put in your mouth.
That’s why sport drinks usually contain the monosaccharide
glucose; it provides
immediate energy so you can finish the race.
Disaccharides are sweet tasting and include table
sugar, sugar cane, brown sugar, fruit sugar (i.e., fructose), etc.
Disaccharides, which translates to “two sugars,” are composed
of two monosaccharides. When
you eat dissacharides, your body must first break them down into the
individual monosaccharides before it can use them for energy, but that
doesn’t take long.
The final group of sugars are polysaccharides which
are comprised of more than two monosaccharides.
Polysaccharides, which means “many sugars,”
includes starchy foods such as bread, potatoes, pasty vegetables,
grains, etc. As with
monosaccharides and disaccharides, your body can turn polysaccharides
into energy very quickly, but first it must break the polysaccharides
down into monosaccharides. So,
you can see as far as your body is concerned, monosaccharides,
disaccharides, and polysaccharides are all the same thing:
simple sugar. So,
when you eat table sugar, sport drinks, fruits, fruit juice, bread,
pasta, grains, etc., you are essentially eating cups of sugar which
means high calories and high energy surges.
So, all this high carbohydrate stuff you’ve been
told to eat your whole life is really just eating sugar … is it any
wonder you can’t lose any weight?
So, how does your body react to all this sugar?
Sugar passes through your digestive system walls into the
bloodstream and becomes blood sugar.
When excess sugar gets into your bloodstream, your pancreas
secretes insulin to transport sugar from the blood into your cells as
stored energy (i.e., body fat). This
is all fine and dandy, however, there are some side effects of this
process. Insulin in your bloodstream stimulates cholesterol production
in the liver, increases salt and fluid retention in the kidneys,
increases triglyceride production, tenses (and hence thickens) the
muscular part of arterial walls increasing blood pressure, prevents the
release and burning of fat from fat cells, and converts the excess
energy into body fat.
When you eat protein, however, your body releases
glucagen which pretty much does the opposite of insulin.
Specifically, glucagen slows cholesterol production in the liver,
tells the kidneys to release salt and fluid, relaxes arterial walls
which reduces blood pressure, and allows the release of fat from the
cells to provide the energy your body needs to run. Fats in your diet
pass through with little or no effect.
Furthermore, it’s the cholesterol produced by your liver that
causes problems not dietary cholesterol. The bottom line of all this is
you need to Eat Less Carbohydrates and Eat More Protein.
However, there are a few disadvantages …As with
most things, there are some minor drawbacks with this lifestyle change.
First, within the first week, you will most likely have a one to
three-day period where you will experience low energy.
This often occurs because your body is used to the surge of
energy from high-blood sugar. After
this one to three day period, you will regain your energy and you will
most likely feel you have even more energy than before.
Regardless, you will no longer feel the surge of energy from a
sugar high followed by an energy crash an hour later. After you have
lost most of your body fat, however, you may experience low energy if
you fail to eat regularly. Don’t
skip meals; it doesn’t
drop your weight, and it will give you low energy. Another drawback you
may experience during the first week or so is increased urination. This
is just your body’s way of releasing excess fluid you’ve retained
for years due to high salt consumption and high body fat stores.
Finally, if you don't consume the high-fiber fruit and/or salads I
mentioned above, you will probably experience some constipation for
awhile until you get more high-fiber carbohydrates back into your diet.
This is why it’s important to eat lettuce and high-fiber fruit.
This constipation is not painful;
it’s only slightly uncomfortable and somewhat frustrating.
In Summary ...
So, there you have it;
you’ve received all 3 Secrets of Life.
The 3 Simple Secrets that will make you feel better, look better,
think better, and actually be better.
If you begin this 3 step process today, you will lose fat, gain
muscle, think more clearly, work faster, and more efficiently, have more
time for fun and leisure, prevent or delay the onset of the most common
man-killing diseases of our time, and the ladies will all be watching
you! Once again, the 3
Secrets are:
-
Drink a minimum of eight
8-ounce glasses of tap water (not the bottled stuff – See why in
Dr. Batmanghelidj’s book) per day.
Cut back on, or eliminate, coffee, tea, sodas, and alcohol.
-
Eat more meat, eggs, poultry,
fish, nuts, vegetables, and fruits.
Cut way back on carbohydrates especially breads, potatoes,
and sugary foods (except ice cream once per day).
Don’t go overboard on eating fatty foods, but don’t worry
about the fat either.
-
Exercise regularly and take
high-quality vitamin and mineral supplements.
Now, maybe you’re overweight already … maybe
even obese! If you’re
already in great shape with less than 12% body fat and tearing up the
gym every other day … Great, get your qualify vitamin and mineral
supplements and start pouring water through your body to stay healthy
and live even longer. But if
you are already overweight, it hurts to get up in the morning, and the
opposite sex won’t even look at you, don’t give up. Eat more meat
and wipe out the carbs as explained in Secret #3, and get some light
exercise everyday. You will
lose pounds faster than you thought possible and certainly faster and
healthier than any of those diet pills you thought about.
I, myself, lost 5 pounds in one week by eating
more food than before, eating fast food at least once per day, and
eating a bowl of ice cream every night!
If you are significantly overweight, you actually have an
advantage … believe it or not. The
more overweight you are, the faster you will lose weight.
Give it one week … You Will be amazed!
But is it safe?
I’m 41 years old and I’ve been following these 3 secrets for
over 3 years now. About 6
months ago, my Doctor told me I have the heart rate and blood pressure
of a 20-year old. Furthermore,
my cholesterol level is lower than it was ten years ago.
These secrets work!

your local library, and get on the Internet for free.
Once you get to http://www.RealAge.com,
click on the link labeled, “The Real Age Test” in the left column of
the web page. Complete the
survey entering all the answers that describe your current lifestyle and
diet. Once done, note your
chronological age and your “Real Age” in the top-right corner of the
page. Now, go back through
the survey and modify your answers using the guidelines in our 3
secrets. Now, note your
revised “Real Age”. Have
fun and experiment with this. I
think you’ll be amazed!
Oops, I almost forgot …
I promised to reveal the 3 Most
Important Foods you should eat everyday to live with strength
and vitality to your natural lifespan of 120 years.
Here they are: (1) peanuts, (2) milk, and (3) either meat and
olive oil or fish. If you
eat these foods everyday, you will consume every vitamin and mineral you
need including “heart-disease fighting” omega-3 fatty acids. These
foods alone will still not provide 100% of the recommended amounts of
vitamins and minerals … you still need a quality vitamin & mineral
supplement to get the full recommended dosages. Once again, the best is Veriuni
- Advanced Liquid Nutrient.
Special Note for
Vegetarians:
If you
are a vegetarian, it is very difficult to consume enough of the right
combinations of foods to get all the vitamins and minerals you need for
good health. Fortunately,
the vitamin & mineral supplements available at Veriuni
- Advanced Liquid Nutrient provides all the vital nutrients
you need in easy-to-take, 98% absorbable liquid form.
